Howdy Hi!!
Hope everyone has had a good week….Tomorrow is Friday, yippee!!
Not too much going on around here, as usual, but thought I’d pop in with a quick post….
Natalie and Nikki went babysitting for a couple hours this morning….Talked on the phone w/ my mom for a record 102 minutes today…..(a record since all the kids started keeping track of my phone calls w/ Granny)…….anyway, they all kept asking what we talked about to talk for that long…..I don’t know, we just talked……lots of stuff, I guess…..
Someone forgot to take meat out of the freezer, so we had Mancino’s grinders….They are usually so good, but I am finding that most everything I eat upsets my stomach, so they didn’t taste as good as they usually do……
Bob took the 3 dogs to the vet…..who’s idea was it to have 3 dogs,anway…..It cost just over $200…and that wasn’t everything they needed…still have to take them back for heartworm tests…….good thing they take payments………He did get some sedatives to try for Sophie, since she still freaks out, when we put her in the kennel while we go away…..
Then tonight we went for a ride out in the country, again…..we do this a couple times a week……..I don’t know why as it just makes us so envious, wishing we could sell our house and find a big, old one out of town……..patience, I guess!! On the way home, we stopped and bought frozen Cokes for everyone…….The kids have been ready to make a slurpee run, but the nearest one is about 30 minutes away and in the other direction, so frozen Cokes are the next best thing…….Abby is just now getting to bed…..hopefully that means she will sleep in a little bit tomorrow morning….
Well, that’s about it…….so very exciting, huh….lol……
I am gonna post a pic of our garden……..we have only been able to pick a few peppers so far….but, hopefully, soon……..
And a pic of Abby, sitting on Daddy’s lap. She is enjoying the brownie that Bumpa (Grandpa) gave her trying desperately to win some affection from her…..
