Hi everyone ………just a quick update on our week…….
Got Abby’s test results back on
Monday…..still not good……have to have her retested in two weeks……dr. is concerned but says not to worry yet, (easier said than done)…….It is her alkaline level that is so high….(it is usually a bit higher in children, but hers is unusually high)..the numbers did drop a bit though, between the two tests, so that’s good…..if it is still high next time, he will do another test to find out if the high levels are coming from the bone or her liver…….pray that it’s the bone, because that would be okay….if it’s from the liver, it would be something very serious…… Wednesday……..I slept in til after 9:30 am, of course I was up til almost 1 am……kids were all up getting movin’, getting chores done, some even got homework started (I sure got some great kids!!!)……We cooked on the grill for dinner (pork chops)…..Thursday ~~I was up at a more normal hour this morning…..feeling pretty good today too…yea!!! Last night some of us ran over to my parents house, it was so muggy outside……Bob needed to stake up our tomato plants …….looks like we will have plenty of tomatoes…..I was going to take the camera so I could get some pics of our garden, but forgot……It seems to be doing pretty well……. We don’t have much planned today……Bob has been driving the van to work, as his truck needs quite a bit of work done on it….. Still looking for a new van…..I think it’s supposed to be hot and muggy again today…….so thankful for my air conditioning……but sometimes I feel like I am wasting my days indoors…… We have some running to do tonight…….probably a trip to Walmart and Aldi’s…..trying to keep the house stocked up…….Bob called from work this morning….he got a nice raise on his check this week……so even though he was having a bad day, that was a good thing……
